Generation Spain is a nonprofit organisation established in 2015 and dedicated to supporting unemployed individuals in accessing quality careers through innovative training programs. As part of the global Generation network operating in 17 countries, Generation Spain collaborates closely with employers to design training programs tailored to market needs, ensuring high employability rates for participants.
The organization focuses on bridging skill gaps in key industries such as technology, retail, and green jobs, offering training in areas like cloud computing, automation (RPA), digital marketing, and solar panel installation. Until now, Generation Spain graduated over 5,640 learners across 9 professions, achieving a 78% job placement rate within six months of graduation.
Committed to diversity and inclusion, Generation Spain prioritises accessibility for individuals in vulnerable situations, including long-term unemployed individuals, women in traditionally male-dominated fields, and people with disabilities. The organization integrates employability coaching, social support, and mentoring into its programs, ensuring holistic support for participants.
