The GeekPack mission is to empower women and other historically underserved groups with in-demand, transferable digital skills to grow their careers and businesses and thrive in an increasingly tech-focused world. We maximize that impact through community building and partnerships with mission-driven organizations, like economic and workforce development, delivering personalized, scalable training opportunities beyond the limits of any one organization's internal capacities. Access to digital skill training content is at an all time high but between the overwhelm and the isolation, it’s still leaving people behind. Our community-supported e-learning model ensures higher engagement and completion rates for our learners. We layer live facilitated demos and discussions of the material with a dedicated community space for questions, peer knowledge sharing, support, and accountability.
