Knjižnica i čitaonica Grada Preloga/Prelog Municipal Library is a small city library that managed to break into the Croatian and European library scene with innovative services and international projects. With its work and efforts in 2017, it earned the prestigious award of the Croatian Library Association for the library of the year, followed by two international EIFL innovation awards for digital services and programs in 2020 and 2023. It specializes in foreign and domestic projects of social inclusion, digital well-being for librarians and users, as well in all forms of functional literacy.
