With a strong commitment to inclusivity, we prioritize projects that empower minorities and promote inclusion for individuals facing disadvantages. Our extensive experience includes the development of methodologies aimed at enhancing various skills, such as:

• Empowering youth and adult abilities and skills
• Promoting awareness for Active Citizenship, emphasizing the balance of responsibilities, obligations, and rights of European Citizens.
• Building self-confidence and employability through activities like CV building and Public Speaking.
• Conducting Entrepreneurial Trainings, Skill Development, and Workshops.
• Developing Non-Formal Learning Methodologies and simulations.
• Initiating Peace Building and Conflict Resolution Projects.
• Organizing Intercultural Exchanges and awareness projects to foster understanding and respect for differences.
• Advocating for Environment and Sustainability initiatives.
• Accredited VET Centre (Professional Educational Development Centre)
• Development and delivery of VET courses at level EQF5 with a focus on upskilling and reskilling based on industry and participant needs.

Additionally, OTI Group and its network have successfully implemented over 90 mobility projects, reflecting the effectiveness, creativity, and impact of our programs. Our dedication to youth and adult education extends further through initiatives focused on promoting continuous learning and improving curricula in educational environments.

Furthermore, OTI Group is actively engaged in several networks and organizations, including:

• Membership in the Anna Lindh Foundation network and Diversity Charter of Cyprus.
• Accreditation as a Vocational Training Structure under the name OTI Professional Development Centre.
• Membership in the Pact for Skills and as founders of the Partnership FLPN.
• Membership and ambassadorship for CEDEFOP, along with participation in the ETF Skills Lab Network.
• Member of Harness Talen Platform and working on three working groups of the platform.

• Eurojobs.com, the largest European Job site, hosting over 5m job vacancies in Europe, giving us access and knowledge about job seekers and employer needs and direct reach to them.
• Jobstodo.eu, a European on-demand marketplace for freelancers.
• Several other social enterprises focusing on education, commerce, and environmental sustainability, all providing us with access to information about current trends and key stakeholders in these areas.
