Vocational Training Institutes aim to provide initial vocational training to graduates of non-compulsory secondary education, i.e. General and Technical Lyceums, as well as to holders of equivalent qualifications. They provide trainees with scientific, technical, professional and practical knowledge, cultivating relevant skills in order to facilitate their professional integration and ensure their adaptation to the changing needs of the production process.
The Public VTI of Messolonghi was founded and operated from September 1992 until August 2010, when its operation was suspended.
It was re-established in September 2013 and resumed operations in September 2014.
