The USR for Umbria region is a territorial office of the italian Ministry of Education and Merit, based in Perugia,
it is organized into management offices by function and by articulation on the territory
with tasks of support to schools, administrative and monitoring,
in coordination with the managements competent generals of the Ministry. The managers in charge of carrying out the technical inspection function also fall within the structure of the USR.
The teaching staff is responsible for coordinating and supporting the participation of autonomous schools
in national and regional projects both in terms of inclusion, teaching, implementation of digital skills and staems.
The Office offers assistance, advice and support to autonomous schools for administrative and administrative-accounting procedures,
it offers support and advice to schools for the design and innovation of the training offer and integration with others local actors; support and development of school networks, for the use of European funds by schools in coordination with the competent general directorates, for the connection and interaction with the local authorities for the best realization of the scholastic integration of the disabled and foreign students, and for the promotion and incentive of student participation.
