Fraunhofer

Fraunhofer is Europe's largest application-oriented research organisation. It is made up by 76 different institutes, spread throughout Germany, and employs more than 30.000 members of staff (mostly engineers and scientists). The organisation's annual budget is close to €3 billion, which funds development and work on key digital technologies that have the potential to transform business and industry as we know it.
