Initiative D21 e.V.

The D21 initiative is a non-profit network that has existed since 1999 and brings together actors from business, politics, academia and civil society. The aim of the organization is to accompany the digital transformation from a social perspective, to make its developments and challenges visible and to develop future plans and support their implementation.

The initiative focuses its work on society as a whole and aims to enable positive change and promote equal opportunities through digital developments. It currently focuses on three areas: a powerful digital state, a self-determined digital society and the design of liveable digital futures.
