End date 01/04/2030

Our pledge

The Slovak DIGITAL HR Association, a national professional organisation representing experts and stakeholders in digital human resources in Slovakia, commits to actively supporting the development of digital skills across the labour market between 2025 and 2030, with a particular focus on human resources professionals, managers, employees, and job seekers.

Slovak DIGITAL HR Association pledge

Building on its expertise at the intersection of HR and digital transformation, the association will design and deliver targeted training programmes, workshops, webinars, and knowledge-sharing initiatives aimed at strengthening both basic and advanced digital competencies. These will include data literacy, digital communication, cybersecurity awareness, and the effective use of modern HR technologies such as HR information systems (HRIS), people analytics tools, and AI-driven recruitment and talent management solutions.

By 2030, the Slovak DIGITAL HR Association aims to:

  • train at least 5,000 individuals in digital and HR-related digital skills,
  • directly support 300+ organisations, with a focus on SMEs, in adopting digital HR tools and practices,
  • organise 100+ training sessions, workshops, and events, both online and in-person,
  • establish partnerships with educational institutions and public sector organisations to align training with labour market needs.

The association will collaborate closely with employers, technology providers, public institutions, and educational organisations in Slovakia and across Europe to ensure relevance, quality, and impact. Special attention will be given to inclusivity and equal access, particularly for underrepresented groups in the labour market.

Through this pledge, the Slovak DIGITAL HR Association aims to contribute to a more resilient, adaptable, and digitally skilled workforce, capable of responding to the challenges of ongoing digital transformation. The initiative will support improved employability, foster innovation in HR practices, and contribute to achieving the objectives of the Digital Decade, including increasing the number of ICT specialists and ensuring that at least 80% of the population attains basic digital skills.
