Ukraine - Digital Transformation Strategy 2024–2030

The Digital Transformation Strategy for Ukraine was adopted in 2024 by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. The strategy defines key directions of development of the digital state and economy aimed at improving the efficiency of management, availability of services, and competitiveness of the country. It also includes the development of the Diia ecosystem, which serves as a technological bridge between public administration and private innovation. 

The strategy is aimed at building:

• The Innovation Economy
