Our pledge
For many years, we have committed to encouraging the development of technology and digital innovation to build a fair and inclusive society and enhance the future.
"We Make Future"
are the words which describe our Festival's mission: shaping a sustainable future through education, training and cooperation, together with our community - The Innovation Valley - both in Italy and abroad. WMF - We Make Future Festival will take place on June 13th to 15th, at BolognaFiere.
Our initiatives
WMF - International Trade Fair and Festival on Tech and Digital Innovation - will gather with the universe of innovation to trace new paths towards the future by exploring many different industries and their innovative approaches to the present and to the future itself.
We will do it through educational stages on digital business and tools (+100 in 2023), speeches purchased by international speakers and guests, and more than 100 events on digital and social innovation. The Digital Job Fair and The Job Placement service will also be some of the initiatives that WMF will completely dedicate to digital employment and professionals.
Background
WMF, with many of its initiatives, actively contributes to the Digital Decade targets set by the EU, in particular by increasing the digital skills of citizens, supporting the digital transformation of businesses and the digitalisation of public services. The 3 day event will also offer many art, culture, business and networking events, live shows, concerts and entertainment.
Our goal is to foster innovation, accelerate digital transformation and enhance the diffusion of digital technologies and their good use. We aim to reach as many people as possible: this is why cooperate with many countries and stream the WMF worldwide. Citizens, innovators, students and all those who are interested in digital transformation will have the opportunity to participate in all the events within WMF, at BolognaFiere.
