Building the Artificial Intelligence skills ecosystem: ARISA Alliance from vision to collective action

On 26 January 2026, the ARISA project will host an interactive co-creation workshop focused on shaping the future of Europe’s AI skills cooperation. The session will bring together members of the Alliance to reflect on achievements to date, identify shared priorities and explore new collaborative actions. Through dialogue and co-creation, participants will help define next steps for a sustainable, visible and community-driven AI skills ecosystem that supports Europe’s ambition to lead in trustworthy and innovative AI.

  • 14:10 - 14:30 A Sustainable Framework for AI Skills in Europe
    A panel discussion reflecting on ARISA’s key achievements to date and exploring how the growing community can support Europe’s ambition to become an “AI Continent” where innovation, talent and ethical excellence thrive together.

  • 14:30 - 15:15 Shaping the Future of Europe’s AI Skills Cooperation
    An interactive workshop session focused on new directions for ARISA’s work strands, from shared priorities and partnership ideas to creative approaches that ensure sustainability, visibility and an active community at the heart of Europe’s AI skills ecosystem.

  • 15:15 - 15:30 Key takeaways and closing session
    A synthesis of the main insights and reflections, outlining concrete next steps and opportunities for continued collaboration within the AI Skills Alliance community.
