Digital Academy 123Digit webinar for digital skills trainers

As part of the training program of the 123Digit platform, created by WeTechCare Belgium in collaboration with Orange, this workshop is intended for people who are preparing to accompany or who already accompany people in their discovery of computer tools.

Aimed at social workers, digital skills trainers, volunteers and staff of associations active in training for basic digital skills, this one hour session will teach the participants how to guide or support people in difficulty with digital tools, and guide on how to organise workshops and activities around digital skills.

At the end of the webinar, you will know:

• How to run a group workshop on basic digital skills
• Establish a work methodology to start digital support
• Recognize and find the essential tools for digital support
