How can Europe better address cybersecurity skills shortages and strengthen collaboration between education, industry, and policymakers?

Join the cybersecurity stakeholders from across Europe for a day of discussions, interactive sessions, and exchange of experiences on how to turn national collaborations into European impact on 14 October 2026 in Vilnius, Lithuania during the European Cybersecurity Month.

The programme will focus on: 

  • Cybersecurity workforce needs and skills gaps across Europe 
  • Practical approaches to education-industry collaboration 
  • CyberHubs network: a national and cross-border cooperation model 
  • Digital tools supporting upskilling and reskilling 
  • Long-term sustainability and scalability of the CyberHubs network

Participants will also discover interactive demonstrations, real-life use cases, and concrete examples of collaboration supporting cybersecurity skills development across Europe.
