European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) AI week

Virtual Live

From 19 to 23 January 2026, the European Union Agency for the Space Programme (EUSPA) is organising EUSPA AI Week, a series of online events focused on the application of Artificial Intelligence in the downstream space sector.

The initiative brings together projects supported by Horizon Europe and the Fundamental Elements programme, which throughout the week will present activities, results and concrete use cases, showcasing how AI can become a strategic lever to address complex challenges and unlock new opportunities in downstream space services and applications.

About the event

The programme is structured around five thematic sessions, each dedicated to a key application area:

  • Advancing AI in space for downstream applications
  • AI for crisis management
  • AI enabling practical environmental tools
  • AI in mobility
  • AI for municipal and industry applications

Each interactive session will feature project presentations followed by live Q&A, offering participants the chance to engage directly with experts.
