Virtual Live

In a dynamic landscape of digital skills initiatives across Europe, this year’s European Digital Skills Awards (EDSA) call received 220 applications, reflecting the growing momentum behind efforts to enhance digital competencies.

The EDSA 2026 recognise excellence in training, upskilling, and reskilling efforts that support Europe’s digital transformation and competitiveness, in line with the Digital Decade targets. The five EDSA awards categories reflect the diversity of digital skills needs and initiatives shaping Europe’s digital future: Digital Upskilling @ Work, Digital Skills for Education, Inclusion in the Digital World, Women in ICT Careers and Cybersecurity Skills.

On 27 May, the Digital Skills and Jobs Platform officially announced the 2026 finalists in each award category, celebrating outstanding initiatives shaping Europe’s digital skills landscape.

The finalists of the European Digital Skills Awards 2026 are here, meet them now!

Next up: The five winners will be revealed during the public event of the Digital Skills EU Days on 30 June in Brussels.
