Presenting the Digital Competence Framework: DigComp 3.0
The European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) will present the DigComp 3.0, the latest update to Europe’s flagship Digital Competence Framework, at a dedicated online event on 12 December 2025.
With DigComp already adopted in at least 22 Member States and used as the basis for 27 certification schemes across 25 countries, the new version marks an important milestone for policymakers, employers, educators, and researchers working to strengthen digital skills across Europe.
