Stakeholder workshops on Europe’s future investment strategy for digital capabilities, research, and innovation

We are pleased to invite you to two high-level workshops hosted by the European Commission, dedicated to shaping the future of Europe’s investment strategy in digital capabilities and research & innovation. These workshops will cover all digital technology areas, including AI, microelectronics, HPC, quantum, cloud-to-edge, robotics, cybersecurity, connectivity, and more. You can register here

Two workshop sessions

9 July – Validation workshop on digital technology deployment

Engage in interactive sessions to examine and discuss the findings of the study on the deployment of critical digital technologies across Europe beyond 2027. Topics for discussion include ecosystem strengths and weaknesses, EU investment priorities, and strategies for future impact through digital tech adoption in Europe.

10 July – Stakeholder workshop on strategic digital R&I

Provide input for the study on the research, development and innovation of strategic digital technologies beyond 2027. Stakeholders will engage in forward-looking discussions on the future technology trends and the disruptive potential of cross-fertilization.
