Talent War: How can Europe avoid being left behind?

Virtual Live

The shortage of skilled professionals poses a challenge for European stakeholders determined to uphold the competitiveness of the microelectronics sector. To effectively address this issue, we must rely on data: how many people will companies need to recruit in the coming years? Is the industry attracting enough young talent? Join the European Chips Skills Alliance (ECSA)'s upcoming webinar, "Talent War," on 16 February, 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM (CET), and explore these pressing questions and more.

Attendees will gain insights into:

  • The talent gap by the numbers: how strong is today’s workforce and is the sector able to recruit sufficient talent?

  • The methodology is being developed to forecast the impending talent and skills needs of the sector.

  • The challenges faced by industry leaders and their experiences in attracting and retaining talent.

  • How to get involved in the European Chips Skills Alliance, a network established to connect the various players along the talent pipeline and collaborate to address these challenges.
