About the European Chips Skills Alliance
Launched in October 2023, the European Chips Skills Alliance (ECSA) focuses on understanding and addressing current and future challenges in semiconductor talent scarcity. Through various programs, it aims to upskill the workforce, attract new talent, and support reskilling initiatives. The ECSA consortium brings together 18 partners from industry, academia, associations, and regulatory bodies.
