From September 18 to 20, 2026, TechVillage will take place in Moldova, bringing together 30 founders of technology startups and 30 active investors.

TechVillage was created as an alternative to large conferences and superficial networking. A limited number of participants, structured investment sessions and a joint three-day program allow founders and investors to discuss products, business models, market entry and future investment rounds in detail.

  • develop AI-first or AI-powered solutions;
  • are at the pre-seed or seed stage;
  • already have a product on the market and the first results of — users, customers or income;
  • have a formed team;
  • work on scaling and entering new markets;
  • prepare for the next investment round.

The TechVillage format

The central part of the program will be the Investment Stage. Each selected startup will receive a separate 20-minute session, which will include:

  • short presentation of the startup;
  • discussion of business model and go-to-market strategy;
  • presentation of an investment request;
  • questions about the cap table and the structure of the round;
  • feedback from investors.

Before the event, the founders will join the preparatory sessions, will be able to improve the presentation and familiarize themselves with the profiles and investment focuses of the participants in advance.

The program also includes joint breakfasts and dinners, informal meetings, cultural activities and enough time for personal communication. After TechVillage is completed, the organizers will help to continue promising contacts between startups and investors.

Participation in TechVillage is possible only after submitting an application and passing the selection.

The participant package includes access to the program, preparatory and investment sessions, accommodation on the days of the main program, meals, cultural activities and local transfers in Moldova.

Sponsorship may be available for individual startups, covering the cost of participation. The number of such places is limited. Travel to Moldova and back is usually paid by the participants on their own.
