Webinar “From Skills to Success” (Greece)

Virtual Live

A Webinar titled “From Skills to Success” is organised by the National Documentation Centre (EKT), coordinator of Enterprise Europe Network Hellas, on Tuesday 9 June 2026 (12.00-14.00).

The event is coordinated by Dr. Apostolos Lazaris, Innovation Advisor Enterprise Europe Network Hellas at EKT. The language of the event is Greek.

About this event

At a time when Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation and new work models are changing with unprecedented speed the way we work and do business, skills are no longer just a professional qualification, but a critical factor of adaptability, innovation and growth. The webinar is focused around the following questions:

  • What skills will really make a difference in the coming years?
  • What are businesses and organizations looking for today from modern teams?
  • And why are some businesses and people adapting and evolving faster than others?

The webinar attempts to approach these questions through different but complementary perspectives: from academic research on the future of work and skills, to the innovation ecosystem, entrepreneurship and the importance of the exploratory mindset in the AI era.

Topics

The presentations and discussion will highlight issues such as:

  • the actual “skills gap” in the modern market;
  • skills that are becoming increasingly important in the AI era;
  • the challenges of finding and developing human resources,
  • the importance of adaptability, cooperation and lifelong learning;
  • the characteristics that distinguish groups and businesses that innovate and evolve.

Target audience

The event is addressed to businesses, start-ups, executives of organizations, human resources professionals, researchers, academics, students and any interested party who wishes to better understand the changes that shape the future of work, entrepreneurship and skills.

Further details and registration

Participation is free, pre-registration is required through the Zoom platform.
