SMEs in Latvia will update their digital and project management skills Created byAndra Krasavina|Updated11 September 2023The Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIAA) is announcing the selection of applications to participate in PeopleCert Scrum Master I training, which will be provided by PeopleCert accredited training institution Penge.The Scrum is an Agile framework that helps teams collaborate in developing, delivering, and managing complex products. It enhances team productivity by encouraging members to learn from their experiences, self-organize, and continuously improve their results!Content and organization of the trainingTotal duration of the training course: 16 hours.Training format: Remote, conducted on an online platform in English.Certification: Upon completing the training, participants will receive a voucher to take the exam online. Trainees will have the opportunity to retake the examination if they do not pass it on the first attempt.As a result of the training, trainees will receive an internationally recognized certificate upon successfully passing the exam.It should be noted that passing the examination is a mandatory requirement. If a trainee fails to pass the exam, they are obligated to reimburse the full tuition fee to the LIAA.Training course: 22.08. - 25.08.2023.As part of the application selection process, there will be one group with a maximum capacity of 20 participants.
