MSc in Precision Medicine – Translational research and therapeutics
The MSc program offers advanced postgraduate education in Precision Medicine, Translational Research, and Therapeutics.
The primary objective of the program is to advance scientific knowledge and address the educational, research, and developmental needs of the health sciences sector. It aims to train healthcare professionals and researchers in the principles of modern medical practice and personalized pharmacotherapy, focusing on the optimization of treatment regimens through the understanding and utilization of molecular and genomic information that underlies individual variability in drug response.
At the same time, the program seeks to bridge basic, clinical, and translational research with healthcare delivery and the development of innovative technologies, particularly in the areas of molecular diagnostics and drug development.
The training programme focuses on the main principles of modern medical practice relying on personalised diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic solutions.
Objective
The objective of these postgraduate studies is to promote scientific knowledge and meet the educational, research and development in the field of Health Sciences.
Eligible students
The master's degree is for graduates of Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Molecular Biology and Genetics, Chemistry and Biochemistry/Biotechnology or other university departments with related subjects.

Max entries
The maximum number of graduates that are admitted annually is thirty (30).
Duration
The MSc programme is completed in four (4) semesters with the possibility to extend for one more semester (120 ECTS)
