CODECS Project

CODECS (maximising the CO-benefits of agricultural Digitalisation through conducive digital ECoSystems) is a four year Horizon Europe project that gathers 33 partners all around Europe and which is coordinated by the University of Pisa. The project aims to improve the motivation and the capacity of European farmers to understand and adopt digitalisation as an enabler of sustainable and transformative change.
CODECS will develop, and turn into concepts, methods, tools, evidence, a vision of “sustainable digitalisation” with the goal of improving the collective capacity to understand, assess and foresee the full range of benefits and costs of farm digitalisation, and to build digital ecosystems that maximise the net benefits of digitalisation.
CODECS has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation Programme under Grant Agreement n. 101060179
