Generation Ireland is a charity with a mission to support people facing barriers to employment into life changing careers. They do this through a ‘train-and-place’ bootcamp model - a free profession-specific training with interviews and ongoing mentoring/ pastoral support.

It is part of the non-profit Generation, which transforms education to employment systems to prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible. They have a methodology that they believe can serve hundreds of thousands—and eventually millions—of people who are unemployed, underemployed, or need to learn new skills. Their programme creates real business value for employers and lasting career impact for participants.
