Code4Europe - empowering the new generation of Young Digital Europeans.

Context

This call aims to identify and support local coding projects aligned with the EU Code Week mission to promote coding, computational thinking, and digital skills across Europe. Profil Klett invites all interested organizations from Croatia and Slovenia to apply for grants within the EU Code Week initiative of the Code4Europe (C4EU) project. The funds will be awarded for activities such as coding workshops, hackathons, the development of educational materials, and STEM projects. Applicants must submit a project proposal, implementation plan, project budget, and other relevant documents.

Key Objectives:

• Development of innovative and scalable coding activities.

• Support for initiatives that integrate coding into education and encourage engagement.

• Community inclusion and promotion of collaboration among stakeholders.

• Priority consideration for projects that reduce the gender gap and promote diversity in STEM education.

• Enhancement of digital skills for young people, especially girls.

Target Groups

The call targets educational institutions, libraries, non-governmental organizations, associations, and foundations engaged in education, promoting digital skills, as well as non-profit organizations such as centers, associations, and clubs that foster innovation and creativity in technology, specialisze in coding and computational thinking, or support access to STEM education.

Total Budget: up to EUR 3 000,00 €
