GoalsEstablish and support new coordinated hubs offering local-level support to educatorsDevelop innovative, scalable coding and computational-thinking initiativesPromote large-scale local coding events integrating schools, NGOs, and public institutionsFoster community engagement and stakeholder collaborationServe as a local focal point for disseminating EU Code Week resources, campaigns, and ambassador supportSupport sustainability via local fundraising efforts Target GroupsSchools and educational institutionsLibraries and similar public bodiesNGOsPrivate organisations and coding clubsAssociations specialized in coding and computational thinking Eligibility Criteria Applicants must operate in one of the selected countries without a current dedicated EU Code Week hub, or regionally represented by a hub outside the country:Eligible countries: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Lithuania, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Sweden, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia Legal entities like schools, NGOs, coding clubs, libraries, and private associations can applyFundingTotal Budget: €30,000Grant Size: €5,000–€10,000 per successful projectPayment Terms: 50% advance upon contract; 50% on final report approval Eligible Costs All direct costs are eligible, excluding staff salaries. External expertise, consultants, facilitators are allowed (max 20% of total budget).
