These awards, organised by Cloud Community Europe – Luxembourg, aim to reward cloud service providers, start-ups, consultants and their customers for their creativity, originality and flexibility. The categories cover a range of services such as IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service), PaaS (Platform-as-a-Service) and SaaS (Software-as-a-Service), open to all types of cloud solutions, whether public, private or hybrid.2024 winners:Cloud Innovation Project of the YearThe ‘Cloud Innovation Project of the Year’ prize was awarded to POST Luxembourg for their project ‘LuxID – Einfach, seccher, iwwerall’, a pioneering digital identity platform. This project was chosen for its innovative approach that redefines digital identity in Luxembourg with a focus on user privacy and security. According to the jury, LuxID has successfully integrated high standards of regulatory compliance and user empowerment, setting a new standard in the field of digital identity. The project has been recognised for its transformative impact on digital identity management in the region. Gcore was also a finalist in this category with its project ‘Global AI Inference at the Edge Cloud’, which accelerates data processing and reduces the output time of artificial intelligence models.Cloud Tech Innovator of the YearIn the "Cloud Tech Innovator of the Year" category, FundsDLT won the award for their "Cloud-based Distributed Ledger Platform for Funds Industry". The jury praised their mastery of cloud technologies to revolutionise the distribution of funds using blockchain and decentralised networks. The global success of FundsDLT highlights their technological innovation, particularly in the financial industry, where they have set new standards for secure automation and ecosystem collaboration.
