Deep Tech Skills Days 2024

Are you an educator, researcher or professional committed to promoting deep tech education in Europe, join the flagship event of the EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative!

The EIT Deep Tech Talent Initiative’s main event will take place on 12-13 November in Warsaw, Poland. This two-day event will bring together people and organizations working to build skills in deep tech, including companies, training providers, and universities. Participants will be able to:

  • Connect with over 350 members of the Pledger community, who will share their projects and partnership ideas.

  • Increase their visibility within the EIT Deep Tech Talent network and beyond.

  • Support an initiative aimed at training one million people in deep tech.

  • Celebrate the winners of the EIT Deep Tech Talent’s Call for Training Proposals 2024 and the Deep Tech Trainer of the Year award.

Agenda Highlights

Day 1: Keynote speeches will explore quantum computing, cybersecurity, and AI, delivered by experts from Bulgaria, Riga Technical University, and Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Panels will cover talent development and entrepreneurship in deep tech.

Day 2: The focus shifts to innovation in education, featuring speakers from Barcelona, TU Delft, and Tampere University. Panels will discuss lifelong learning, women in deep tech, and talent strategies. The winners of the EIT Deep Tech Talent’s Call for Training Proposals 2024 and the Deep Tech Trainer of the Year will also be announced.
