About the EU Code Week Hackathons

From October 2024 to March 2025, hundreds of young minds (aged 15–19) from across Europe took part in the EU Code Week national hackathons — a vibrant space to learn, create, and innovate solutions to global challenges through coding and teamwork. This year's hackathon theme was “Hello, Future: Technical Solutions for a Changing World,” and teams developed ideas on how to use technology to promote improvements in education, health, and sustainability.
