Microcredential in Copywriting with AI - Write better to increase sales

Copywriting with AI - Write better to increase sales is a DigiAdvance course developed by University of Aveiro. DigiAdvance aims to address digital skills gaps in the SME sector through the provision of low-cost, demand-driven, tailored training in key digital technologies for SME owners, managers and employees. This course is one of a number of flexible short-form courses offered by this project, which is co-funded by the EU.

Learning outcomes:

• Recognise and explain the fundamental principles of creative and persuasive copywriting;
• Apply storytelling techniques to enhance the effectiveness and emotional impact of copywriting messages, integrating them strategically into digital campaigns;
• Apply copywriting frameworks such as AIDA, BAB, PAS, PASTOR, 4Us and 4Ps in different contexts, considering the principles of automation and personalisation;
• Use artificial intelligence tools effectively to optimise, speed up and refine the text creation process;
• Critically evaluate the authenticity of content and implement ethical techniques in the use of artificial intelligence tools;
• Design and develop copywriting campaigns adapted to specific audiences and multiple digital channels.

DigiAdvance courses aim to advance the knowledge and skills of SME leaders, managers, employees and job seekers in key digital technologies. This course assessment could be fully online, Blended or face to face and at daytime or evening as well (to be consulted at the public notice). Participants receive a certificate of achievement at the end of the course.
