The DIGI-ME project is dedicated to shaping a new generation of European leaders, equipping them with the skills to harness digital tools and processes for transformative innovation in business and management. Its mission is to foster and sustain a community of innovators capable of addressing future challenges across Europe’s key sectors.
To achieve this, DIGI-ME focuses on delivering highly personalized educational and training programmes for future digital talents that respond to both current and emerging skills needs. A central element of this effort is the development of a learning platform that will allow for personalized study plans to ensure that learning is not only adaptable but also aligned with the evolving demands of the digital age.
In collaboration with Higher Education Institutions, tech parks, research centres, and SMEs, DIGI-ME aims to ensure access to expertise and high-quality learning experiences of emergent digital skills in the managerial sector. Ultimately, these efforts converge in the creation of the Digital Ecosystem for Transformative Innovation (DETI), a dynamic hub that aims to connect knowledge, practice, and innovation, preparing the next generation for leadership in the digital age.
