DS4Health aims to develop and implement an international Master's program in digital health, focusing on key areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data, Robotics, and the Internet of Things. The program aims to enhance higher education for healthcare professionals by deepening their understanding and skills in the design, use, and development of digital technologies. With a citizen-centred approach and emphasis on soft skills and entrepreneurship, DS4Health aims to address societal challenges outlined in the European Pillar of Social Rights and Sustainable Development Goals. The program targets countries with a low Digital Economy Society Index and aims to train up to 450 students annually, significantly improving current programs through collaborative curricula.
By focusing on the identification of needs, medical understanding, interoperability, and processes, DS4Health aims to prepare students for the digital transformation of healthcare. The consortium brings together experienced partners to create a world-leading training program specialized in digital health, fostering collaboration and technological development in the digital health market.
Scope
DS4Health will improve higher education for healthcare professionals in digital skills and deepen insight into the design, use, and development of digital technologies to form modern, ethically responsible, efficient, and citizen-centred healthcare.
