Resources

Coding @ home compiles a wide range of coding and educational resources for children, parents, and teachers. None of the resources in the repository require any prior knowledge of coding or any electronic devices. The activities and resources aim to stimulate computational thinking and encourage pupils, parents and teachers to develop their computational thinking and digital skills. The Coding @ home resource database is part of EU Code week, a European initiative promoting creativity, problem-solving and collaboration through programming-based and technology-oriented activities.

The goal of the programme and accompanying resources is to make programming and coding more understandable to everyone, and show how coding has the power to bring ideas online to life through code. In 2019, 4.2 million people in more than 80 countries took part in EU Code week, and the resources available in the repository are free of charge and available to all.
