The Digital Skills Library is an open repository of free learning resources created to assist all adult learners in acquiring the digital skills required to fulfill their personal, civic, academic, and professional objectives. The library is managed by the EdTech Center @ World Education.

The user can explore the library by choosing skills in ten different domain:

  • Communication

  • Lifelong learning
  • Mobile

Also, all resources within the library are aligned to the Seattle Digital Equity Initiative Digital Skills Framework. Enter the skill code (CO.1, CO.2, etc.) in the search field to filter resources aligned to that skill.

The library is a continuous work in progress, it will continue to be updated and new resources will be added through crowdsourced contributions and EdTech Maker Space projects.
