Organised by the ADELE project partners, the International Webinar will:
- Present the ADELE project
- Showcase the accompanying resources and toolkits developed by the project partners (such as a collection of 100 best practices of digital innovation of public libraries)
- Officially launch the ADELE tool
- Wrap up with an interactive Q&A session
The international webinar will take place on February 1, 2024, from 12:00 – 13:00 CET on Zoom. Attendance is free, but registration is required.

About ADELE
The ADELE project is an Erasmus+ funded project bringing together a consortium of partners from Belgium, Bulgaria, Ireland, and Italy to develop a free web-based tool aiming to support adult education organisations reflect on their use of digital technologies and identify areas to develop to ensure they are digitally ready and forward looking. The tool builds upon the SELFIE tool for schools developed by the European Commission and was tested across a network of 100 European libraries.
Throughout the project, the consortium of partners collected 100 best practices of digital innovation in libraries, which will be presented during the webinar. Additionally, the project partners organised a webinar series on Digital skills development, with all episodes now available online.
The consortium is composed of:
- Local Government Management Agency (LGMA) – Dublin, Ireland
- Public Libraries 2030 – Brussels, Belgium
- European Grants International Academy (EgINa) – Foligno, Italy
- Central Institute for the Union Catalogue of Italian Libraries and Bibliographic Information (ICCU) – Rome, Italy
- Global Libraries – Bulgaria Foundation – Sofia, Bulgaria
