Data Week 2022

Data Week is the springtime meet-up of the European Big Data and Data Driven AI research and innovation communities. During Data Week, the attendees share expertise and results, discuss shared topic interests, discover synergies, build new partnerships, and recognise new challenges and recommendations. Data Week also connects the communities and their results to European policies, market needs and in return, brings European programmes and activities closer to the communities

Data Week 2022 will take place across a period of 3 weeks, focusing on a main theme of “Towards an innovative, trusted and fair European data economy”. An online opening event on 24 May will start the activities. The event weeks include local events organised by the BDVA i-Spaces and international online sessions/workshops by the community, will run until 3 June. Finally, Data Week concludes at the 2-day physical event on 8 and 9 June in Naples, Italy, where the major topics considered over the 3 weeks will be discussed in keynotes, panels, roundtables, and presentations by experts. 

The online activities of the Data Week are free of charge, participants only have to register. The on-site conference in Naples, Italy has an entry fee
