Girls in Digital Week

Girls in Digital Week is an initiative under the EU Code Week taking place from 24–28 March 2025, is a dedicated event aimed at inspiring exploration of technology and digital careers. The week celebrates the role of girls in STE(A)M (science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics) and showcases the diverse pathways available in the digital world.
What is Girls in Digital Week?
Girls in Digital Week is an opportunity for participants to explore technology through hands-on activities, coding, and engagement with inspiring role models. The initiative encourages parents to support their children in discovering career paths in STE(A)M and invites educators to inspire students by highlighting the contributions of women in science and technology. Beyond technical skills, the week promotes discussions on inclusion and diversity, with activities such as classroom debates, collaborative projects, and creative initiatives.
