The European Commission is conducting an interim evaluation of the Digital Europe Programme (DEP) to better understand its impact and gather insights from the end users of DEP-funded programs. In partnership with research organizations Technopolis Group and Ramboll, the Commission aims to ensure that the program meets its goals of advancing Europe’s digital transition and delivering meaningful benefits to its participants.

The survey is specifically intended for individuals who directly benefit from the Digital Europe Programme (DEP):

  • End Users: People who use or rely on the services, tools, or resources provided by DEP-funded projects.

  • Training Participants: Individuals who have taken part in training sessions offered through various DEP projects.

About the survey

The 10-minute survey, is open for feedback from users and stakeholders who have engaged with DEP-supported services, and seeks to gather insights on how DEP-funded services are being experienced and what improvements may enhance their impact in the future. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, noting both the strengths and any areas that could benefit from further enhancement.

In addition to assessing the program’s current impact, the survey aims to collect specific recommendations that could help shape the future of DEP. User feedback will be key in identifying opportunities for improving program delivery, expanding service reach, and aligning with emerging needs in Europe’s digital ecosystem.

Participation in the survey is open until 25 November 2024.
