First FIDELIS Open Call for Mentors and Peer-to-Peer Support Programme

The First FIDELIS Open Call for Mentors and Peer-to-Peer Support Programme seeks experienced professionals to design and deliver short mentoring programmes for digital repository practitioners. Selected mentors will facilitate virtual peer learning, share applied expertise and strengthen institutional capacity across Europe in areas critical to trustworthy data stewardship.

Areas

  • Data governance, stewardship and long-term preservation, including FAIR data practices

  • Trustworthy digital infrastructures, security and risk management

  • Skills development and organisational capacity building for repository staff

  • User engagement, access and responsible data reuse

Eligibility Criteria

  • Individuals residing and/or working in EU Member States and countries associated to the Horizon Europe Programme

Funding

  • Total Budget: up to 200.000 EUR

  • Amount per mentor: 5.000 EUR

  • Number of mentors: 40

Timeline

The deadline to submit applications is set to 30 April 2026, 17:00 Brussels time.
