The University of Cyprus's Master programme in Artificial Intelligence 4 Careers in Europe (MAI4CAREU) includes several courses, with MAI645 - Machine Learning for Graphics and Computer Vision being one of them. This course is delivered by the CYENS Centre of Excellence.

Learning outcomes

This lecture provides a concise introduction to the three primary paradigms of machine learning: supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. Students will explore the fundamentals of linearity and non-linearity in models, learning to apply basic regression techniques such as linear and polynomial regression. This foundational knowledge prepares students for more complex topics in graphics and computer vision.
