Capacity-building: AI for Leader – University of Linné

The aim of the ‘Artificial Intelligence for Leaders’ course is to provide managers, leaders and decision-makers with a deeper understanding of AI and to increase understanding of opportunities, difficulties, benefits and risks related to AI. It is neither an introduction course to AI nor an ‘AI for dummies’ course, instead AI is demystified and makes it a relevant tool for managers, leaders and decision-makers.
About the course
The course is organized into three modules. The introductory module focuses on an introduction to AI and provides an understanding of what kind of activities can be carried out using AI and what you as a leader need to know about AI. The second module covers tools and concrete how to set up an AI strategy and a development plan, how to get started with AI projects, integration of AI and IT development, how to (self-)evaluate ongoing AI projects and not least legal and ethical aspects of AI. The third module gives participants a chance to use new knowledge and tools to work with AI in real-world projects.
