IoT Forum
The IoT Forum (Internet of Things International Forum) is a fully independent member-driven organization which aims at:
- Promoting international dialogue and cooperation on the Internet of Things;
- Organizing events and conferences, such as the IoT Week;
- Developing activities and synergies with and among its members.
It supports the development of a worldwide Internet of Things community, by promoting international dialogue and cooperation between relevant stakeholders from research, industry, and public administrations.
The IoT Forum was established in 2013 by a community of research organizations and industries specialized in the Internet of Things. The founding members were developing joint activities the organizing of the IoT Week and European research projects which supported the creation of the IoT Forum as an autonomous legal organization.
