Women Who Code is a non-governmental organisation (NGO), which aims to support the development of career opportunities and contribute to ensuring a more diverse workforce in the information and communication technology sector (IT). The NGO brings together more than 250,000 members from throughout industrial sectors, each with their specific competence on technology matters. 

The organisation offers an extensive repository of resources on programming, coding and a variety of other topics central to the digital transformation and emerging technologies in a career-oriented context. Together with other upskilling initiatives, the organisation hopes to support the development of role models and promote engineering and digital subjects as a career choice.
