Organizations and companies in Europe struggle to find experts with advanced digital skills (e.g., blockchain, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity) due to an unprecedented workforce shortage.
The Digital Decade strategy aims to reach at least 20 million employed ICT specialists in Europe by 2030. This target requires collaborations across Member States and a broad range of stakeholders.
We have created this group for you to share concrete examples and initiatives that can serve as inspiration for new innovative advanced digital skills trainings. Let’s work together to create real-world applications for advanced digital skills!
