Fundacion Estatal para la Formacion en el Empleo (Fundae)

The Fundacion Estatal para la Formacion en el Empleo (State Foundation for Training in Employment) plays a crucial role in training and requalifying workers in Spain. As a body of the state public sector, its primary mission is to promote and manage vocational training for work in collaboration with the State Public Employment Service (SEPE), thus facilitating the improvement of workers' skills and companies' competitiveness.

Fundae seeks to promote the continuous training of employed workers, enabling them to acquire new skills to adapt to changes in the labour market.

In addition, Fundae promotes the reskilling and upskilling of unemployed workers, facilitating their reintegration into the labour market. Through various initiatives, the foundation offers training opportunities that allow companies to acquire the skills demanded.

Fundae is a tripartite organisation and as such the Board of Trustees is made up of representatives of the General State Administration, the Autonomous Communities, the business organisations (CEOE and CEPYME) and the trade union organisations (UGT, CC.OO and CIG).

We manage different training initiatives and all the training we provide is free for users.
