Good Practices

In the framework of the Level Up project, over 10,000 employees from thousands of SMEs in Hungary will get the opportunity to develop their digital skills in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), data analysis or cybersecurity. The project is implemented jointly by 13 leading training institutions and business and industry organisations from seven countries, with the participation of IVSZ.

The Level Up project aims to facilitate the digital transformation of SMEs through employee training. The initiative focuses on upskilling and reskilling programmes to help bridge the digital skills gap and help SMEs thrive in the digital world. The Level Up project is funded by the European Union through the Digital Europe Programme, and will run from January 2023 to December 2025.
