GeekPack® Partners: bridging the digital skills gap & building thriving communities
GeekPack® empowers women+ to change their lives for the better through the power of digital skills, community & confidence.
Our pledge
By the end of 2027 , GeekPack® will be serving over 100,000 women globally, who are learning digital skills in our supportive communities. We are working to bridge the digital skills gap for women+, especially those in historically underserved communities, helping them grow their careers and businesses to thrive in an increasingly tech-focused world.

Background
The demand for digital skills training is increasing rapidly, and the need for accessible, effective and up-to-date training is higher than ever. According to a World Economic Forum study 90% of all jobs require digital skills. Mission-driven organizations, like economic and workforce development, work to close the digital skills gap in these communities but lack resources to do so quickly, effectively, and at scale. With our GeekPack® Partners initiative, community-supported e-learning, flexible infrastructure, and a partnership-centered model ensures higher engagement and completion rates for our learners and expands organizational capacity of our partners.
By layering curated learning paths, live facilitated demos and discussions for additional resources and accountability, a dedicated community space for support and peer knowledge sharing with our vast library of internally produced and externally licensed educational content, we can scale and adapt to the evolving needs of individual communities.
With millions being left behind - we know women+ are they key to closing this gap, but we also foster a culture of inclusion not exclusion. Our communities make room for anyone willing to prioritize learning and support in a collaborative environment where there is no such thing as a stupid question.
Previously we've focused on individuals, but with our GeekPack® Partners initiative we can expand the reach of mission-driven organizations all over the world to serve more people, stabilize more communities, and ultimately change the face of tech forever.
