The Cyber Security Academy (CSA) The Hague is a platform that facilitates the development of joint professional education in the broad field of cyber security. Located at the campus of The Hague Security Delta (HSD) – the largest security cluster in Europe – a unique network of businesses, governments, and knowledge institutions work together towards one goal: developing an integral and comprehensive approach to cyber security challenges.

Tackling cyber security threats and challenges

Cyberspace has become a critical infrastructure in our society today. With these advances in technology comes an increase in cyber risks and threats. As societies take up the challenge of securing cyber activities, effective risk management calls for a trans-disciplinary approach in which all stakeholders work together to secure cyberspace. To tackle the challenges of securing the cyberspace, Leiden University, Delft University of Technology and The Hague University of Applied Sciences have joined forces to create the Cyber Security Academy The Hague (CSA).

A comprehensive platform

The CSA is a comprehensive platform where professionals – from policymakers and lawyers, to IT specialists – come together to share scientific and practical knowledge. Lecturers and scientists from the three universities, in cooperation with scholars and experts from private and public sectors offer multidisciplinary masters programmes, open courses, and tailored tracks, such as:

  • Master Cyber Security (Leiden University)
  • Master Cyber Security in Engineering (The Hague University of Applied Sciences)
  • Cyber Security for Executives (TU Delft)

Technical, legal, social, and economic aspects are covered in an integral approach to digital security, enabling participants to develop effective and sustainable solutions for cyber risks and threats.
