ALL DIGITAL: Policy debate on EU funding and digital inclusion

Event location
Government of Catalonia Representation to the EU, Rue de la Loi 227, 1040 Brussels, Belgium

All Digital hosts a 2025 policy event on 20 November 2025, bringing together stakeholders to discuss how EU funding can better advance digital skills and inclusion.

As the EU prepares its next long-term budget, digital inclusion remains critical, with 44% of Europeans still digitally excluded. The event convenes policymakers, learning providers, competence centres and digital education stakeholders to explore how EU programmes can better support skills, inclusion and lifelong learning. It will feature a short visioning exercise on the future of digital inclusion and a brainstorming session to identify priorities for upcoming funding cycles.
